WCS Graduation 2019

Keeping track of the little ones...while the adult ones visit with surprise arrivals!
Can't quite believe that we are at this point in life!
Our family row was right behind our graduate.
Dr. Scott Morter was the speaker.
 Diploma!
 Ashlynn's video testimony
The graduating class of WCS 2019.

A very special friend came just for this celebration!
 Sibling love and support!
Uncle John and Aunt Betty surprised all of us!
 Aunt Mari and Uncle Pastor

 Family support means the world!

 Pasta bowls for supper...
This night did not exactly go as we thought.  The call came as the graduation ceremony ended that Grandma Great had passed away.  We were all stunned...hence not many party pictures.  We are thankful for God's peace and the timing...we were together!  As one journey ended...another journey is beginning...and God is in control!
Playing games...we needed to laugh!  "Wait...we are playing a game using colors...and my partner is colorblind!?"
Our girl!  Proud of her perseverance and looking forward to the next steps in her journey!

The last day of school and preparation for graduation!

K5 Graduation 2019

My fourth year in K5!  My class was a wonderful group and did a fantastic job academically.  They grew in so many ways this year...and during the program...they showed how!  So proud...and so tired!

Tearing off the last link in our countdown chain!

Senior Night Out 2019

They met at the school at 4:00pm for pictures.  They went to Flemings for dinner.
The rain stopped just before they met and held off till they got home!
The last activity of their Senior trip is usually the night out to dinner the Monday after they return from their week away.  Ashlynn liked being able to sleep in because they didn't have to go to school on Monday!
Thankful for these special people who take a lot of time out to spend the week working with our Seniors!

This week is teacher appreciation week!

So cute to see our school secretary have secret plans with our classes!  "Mrs. Tackeberry, I have a special secret this week!  I am a good secret teller!" said little Miss H.  I laughed...I think she meant "secret keeper" but then again...maybe not!
