Just to say Hi!
I just wanted to let you know that I do get and read all comments...I just don't take the time to respond to each one individually for three specific reasons: ASHLYNN, ALISA, AND TEDDY!Even though we are all a year older and know the house rules...strange things happen when mom is on the puter!
So, I say thank you and happy reading! We are enjoying our summer and all the activities that go with the season...the freckles too!

Daddy...thank you for working so hard and taking care of us!
It has been so hot and humid this week and we wanted to tell our daddy that we appreciate his hard work when it is so nasty hot at the shop! We love you, "sweetums"! (our newest term of endearment) Thank you for taking good care of us! One way we can say thank you is to pick up the house so you can find your way to your chair...so you can relax and enjoy the coolness! We love you and hope you have a wonderful day! xoxoxoxo

Rescues Heroes at Vacation Bible School
Uncle James is a volunteer fireman and he and his crew came with the firetruck!!!
Grades 1-3 (Ashlynn's group) has been the biggest group all week! On their way to craft time here.
Game time with Mr. Jim and the 4-5 year olds was fun to watch!!! We served snacks outside and had the pleasure of watching each group during the games and special visits...firemen, policeman (forgot the camera that time), and tonight...the rescuer of souls...our pastor and his vehicle was the church bus...the kids were just as excited to get on the bus as the police car and firetruck!
Don't be afraid of the firemen and don't hide from us if we come to your house to help you!!! Each child got a fire hat and sticker!I am glad that tomorrow is the last night! The biggest but the last! It has been so hot...I am sitting now in the basement just to cool off after running back and forth for snack time. We had a melt down one night...but we have recovered and hope to finish the week in fine fashion...albeit a little droopy and wilted!

The Best Way To Take Care Of Crumbs
As told to Grammy by Alisa..."the best way to get all the crumbs off the table...put them in your hands and then use your tongue...because it is wet and the crumbs will stick to your tongue." Grammy asked how she knew that..."Aunt Sara told me that."
What Grammy didn't see previously...were her three grandkids licking their crumbs off the table the other day...I believe they had had brownies! I am curious to know...did Aunt Sara lick the crumbs off the table too? Now aren't they smart!? Never waste a crumb...especially if it is chocolate!!! And never ever let Mommy see you swishing them on to the floor!!!
