Over the last two weeks, we have seen Him care for Whitney and her family. She is doing well and is responding to the treatment she has been receiving. As we visited last night, I marveled at the grace that God has given this little girl...grace to handle sickness, numerous treatments, countless surgeries, uncomfortable conditions, and fearful times... She does not have to have her hands tied down, as is the standard operating procedure, to keep her from pulling out the tubes that help her breathe. She is alert now...and she is coping with the discomfort...knowing that this is what she has to do. We continue to pray on their behalf...it has been a long two weeks...and the vigilant watch continues.
Each day that the Lord gives us...is a blessing!
