Experimenting with a copy-cat recipe for our favorite store-bought sugar cookies...
the verdict is still out.
*Saturday...good cookie...icing very buttery taste...not what I was expecting...will use more powdered sugar next time!*
**Sunday...better cookie...seems the longer they sit...the more they taste like the "lofthouse sugar cookie" that we all know and love...Ted said they should be spot on to my expectations in two months...ha ha ha!
I almost bought a package to do a taste test and figure out what needs to be tweaked!**
